Build them into a team

One person's power is very limited. Without interaction with others, its achievement is small. Even if one person is extraordinary capable, he/she can’t achieve a big job without others people's dedication.

To achieve big task, it is essential to build people into a team.

Each person has their own sense of value. Respecting their each value and pulling out their willingness, let them work together.

Japanese traditional class system can be big obstacle, which surely exists in big company. Putting it away, establish open and frank relationship among the team. Leadership is important to decide the direction which the team head for.

Hire great people, and diverse people

This phrase is motto of one famous businessperson to expand our own capacity.

Our own capacity is limited, so it is important to work with other people to accomplish big job. What kind of people will be desirable? I would say we don’t need to mention the importance of working with great people, but sometimes we tend to forget the importance of diverse people. We would rather avoid working with diverse people, because we couldn’t accept their own different sense of value from ourselves.

When we face some problems and can’t find the right way, diverse people might be able to show another way which we can’t come up with. It can be great measure to break through our own common sense to work with diverse people and respect their own sense of value.

To brush up my English skill

From this time, I try to write this short essay in English occasionally.
In my current job, I have to use English frequently, but I sometimes face communication difficulty which is caused by my insufficient skill. This is why I decided to write English essay occasionally.
Currently, the main situation when I face difficulty in English communication is as follows:
1. Complicated matters
When I try to convey my thought which is relatively complicated, my main message become vague. It is really challenging for me to communicate every subtle nuance in English.
Even in Japanese, I face this kind of problem, so to improve this problem, I might need to brush up my Japanese skill firstly. :-)

2. Unfamiliar topics
I can speak English relatively fluently only in very specific topic.
My English is honed for very limited area such as medical terms. So I need to read many kinds of books.

I hope this approach will contribute to improve my English skill.

時間効率

時間の効率というものを考えてない指示・行動がやたらに気になる。というのも業務で一緒にすると、自分自身の時間も拘束されるからである。1日は24時間で、その中で睡眠時間・仕事の時間・自分の能力を伸ばすための時間をやりくりしなければならない。管理職は、業務上のタスクに優先順位を付けて、部下の一日8時間弱の業務時間を無駄なくマネージメントしなければならない。部下を何人も集めて、何が目的かはっきりしないような、会議を何回も開くのはリソースの無駄遣いである。それに付き合わされるのは、せっかちな自分の性格にはかなり苦痛。。。残業を当然のようにして、時間を無尽蔵に使ってしまったり・使われないように気をつけよう。

合理的かつ効率的に仕事をしなければ。。。、誰でも時間をかければできる。。。違いはそれを効率的に決められた時間・タイミングでこなしていくこと。

今日は単なる愚痴でした。。。
